What are they cooking up?

So Michelle Malkin points out that, in all the rush to expose fine print and promote transparency, apparently the House doesn't believe in the so-called Democratic philosophy. First of all, they rushed out the cap and tax bill, then they threw in a 300 page amendment that no one had seen a few hours before people were asked to vote on it, then no hard copy of the bill with amendment existed, and now Michelle has discovered a "placeholder."
