The nonbinding Copenhagen Accord was hastily cobbled together at President Barack Obama's insistence as the United Nations' Copenhagen climate change conference whimpered to its end in December. Under the Accord, countries are supposed to make their commitments to cut greenhouse gases official by January 31. It now appears that most countries will miss that deadline. What a great week!
Wow. We have some real candidates to run against Marcy, we won the seat in Mass., Air America goes under, health care is likely to remain between doctor and patient (at least until the next fight) and NOW THIS!!!!!! Can it get any better?
