You're too dumb

To know that the stimulus dollars were helpful to YOU, according to Time's Joe Klein. Never mind the millions of dollars spent on converting from analog to digital in Sylvania, the $30,000 spent on 25 laptops, the million dollars on Head Start in Toledo, thousands of dollars spent at MCO and UT on various projects of dubious value (go to stimuluswatch.org to view)...it was all for YOU, even though the government had to print the dollars to "spend" them because we are flat busted BROKE. Yeah, Joe Klein says you're a dumb you know what if you doubt any of this. This is because he is one of the anointed, the educated class, one to whom we should give deference.

Too Dumb to Thrive

Absolutely amazing poll results from CNN today about the $787 stimulus package: nearly three out of four Americans think the money has been wasted. On second thought, they may be right: it's been wasted on them. Indeed, the largest single item in the package--$288 billion--is tax relief for 95% of the American public. This money is that magical $60 to $80 per month you've been finding in your paycheck since last spring. Not a life changing amount, but helpful in paying the bills.CX1
